Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you find our verification email in your spam folder, please make sure to mark it as “Not Spam/Junk” and add our email address to your contacts list. If you complete these 2 steps, our future emails should reach your inbox without any other issues.


If you still cannot find the email, just resend the verification request via Jubiter website.
